The Driver and Motor Vehicle Services Division (DMV), is a branch of the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). Our mission is to promote driver safety, protect financial and ownership interests in vehicles, provide driver licenses and identification cards for Oregon residence and to collect revenue for Oregon's roads.
