Governor Kulongoski Announces Appointment to Yamhill County Circuit Court
Governor Kulongoski has appointed Carol Jones to fill the vacancy on the Yamhill County Circuit Court bench created by the retirement of Judge John W. Hitchock on July 1, 2004. The appointment of Ms. Jones is effective immediately.
Ms. Jones graduated from Southern Oregon University with a BS in Biology and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Lewis and Clark College Law School. Ms. Jones has her own private practice in McMinnville. She previously worked as an Associate Attorney for Garland & Associates in Hillsboro.
