Governor Kulongoski Announces Appointment to Multnomah County Circuit Court
 
Governor Kulongoski has appointed Kathleen Dailey to fill the vacancy on the Multnomah County Circuit Court bench created by the retirement of Judge Dorothy M. Baker on April 1, 2004.  The appointment of Ms. Dailey is effective immediately. 
 
Ms. Dailey graduated from the University of Oregon with a BA in history and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Lewis & Clark College, Northwestern School of Law.  Ms. Dailey is a partner with the law firm Williams Dailey O’Leary Craine & Love.   She previously worked for the Metropolitan Public Defenders Office in Portland and spent time overseas in Germany as a substitute teacher and relocation director for the federal government.
