Hello, and welcome to my Book Club. This is a new addition to my website, added to encourage reading and discussing amongst young Oregonians.
Each month, I will spotlight a pair of books, one intended for kids in kindergarten through third grade and another intended for kids in the fourth grade to the sixth grade. These are books that SMART (Start Making a Reader Today) and other well-known reading groups consider important reading for these age ranges.
For each book, I will post a review, but I would like to hear your comments. Click on the "Contact Us" link on the left side of the page, and give us your name, age and your thoughts on the book. We will post those as often as we can.
